Padawan Municipal Council in collaboration with Agencies and NGO’s such as the Natural Resources and Environment Board (NREB), Department of Environment (DOE), DNS Waste Management Sdn.Bhd. and Tzu Chi Foundation Kuching has organised a Campaign for Buy Back of Recycling and Electrical/Electronic Wastes and Donation of Used Clothing. The objective of this campaign is to reduce the disposal of solid waste directly to the landfills as well as to foster the practice of recycling among the community. This campaign has received a very good response from the public / local communities.

Therefore, let’s join us again in this campaign by sending and selling your recycled items(paper/ old newspapers, plastic bottles, food/drink cans, scrap metal) and e-waste (electric and electronic waste) as well as donating your used clothes to the Welfare Agency (Tzu Chi Foundation Kuching) for charitable purposes.
