TENDER NOTICE

Tenders are invited from interested participants with registered and valid Trade Licence from Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri(LHDN) for the Design, Erection, Maintenance and Management of a Unipole Advertisement Billboard as follows:

Tender documents can be obtained from the Bahagian Kesihatan Dan Perkhidmatan Bandar, Padawan Municipal Council, Kota Padawan, 10^th Mile, Penrissen Road, 93250 Kuching during normal office hours from 12 December 2022 to 29 December 2022 on payment of non-refundable document fee.

The Contractor is required to produce the Original Trade Licence and valid certificate for verification before Tender documents can be issued.  Tender documents will not be issued after 3.30 pm, 29 December 2022.

Completed Tender documents shall be submitted in properly marked and sealed envelope and with the description of tender and addressed to:

It should be deposited in the tender box placed at the Public Health And Municipal Services Division, Padawan Municipal Council, Kota Padawan not later than 12 noon on 30 December 2022 (Friday).

The Council does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.
