YB Datuk Amar Jaul Samion, Sarawak State Secretary visited MPP’s Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan

Sarawak Government Departments and Agencies have resumed operations since 12 May 2020. This morning, YB Datuk Amar Jaul Samion, Sarawak State Secretary visited MPP’s Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan. He was briefed by YB Ir Lo Khere Chiang, Chairman of MPP and Mdm Elizabeth Loh, Municipal Secretary on the safety measures taken by MPP to safeguard the public and the staff against Covid-19. YB Datuk Amar and his team checked to ensure MPP comply with the guidelines on the management of customers and counter services to curb the transmission of Covid-19. Datuk Amar also stated that it is crucial to educate the public and MPP staff on the SOP under this new norm. Compliance is a collective social responsibility for all. The team includes Tuan Haji Ismail Bin Haji Anis, Director of State Human Resource Unit, Tuan Samat Bin Junai, Director of Unit Komunikasi Awam Sarawak, Puan Grace Houng, Division Head Service Sarawak SSMU and Tuan Desmond Jerukan, Acting Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Local Government and Housing Sarawak. Amongst the initiatives taken by MPP is Customers have a choice to register at MPP using Covidtrace QR Code, Qmunity QR Code or manual registration.
