Tender documents are obtainable from the Health and Municipal Services Division, Ground Floor, Padawan Municipal Council, Kota Padawan, 10th Mile, Penrissen Road, 93250 Kuching during normal office hours from 23rd September 2025 to 10th October 2025 with payment of non-refundable document fee.
The Contractor is required to produce the original together with one copy of each UPKJ License, CIDB’s certificate, Bumiputera Registration and own Identity Card (I.C.) for verification before tender documents can be issued. For representative from Contractor, Letter of Authorization is required. Tender documents will not be issued after 10th October 2025@3.00pm.
All tenderers are required to go for site inspection to ascertain the local conditions and main scope of contract works before submission of tender. All interested tenderers are also required to attend the tender briefing at MPP’s Training Room, 3rd Floor, Padawan Municipal Council on 2nd October 2025@9.00 am.
Completed Tender documents shall be submitted in properly marked and sealed envelope, with the name of the contract works and addressed to:

It should be deposited in the tender box placed at the Health and Municipal Division, Ground Floor, Padawan Municipal Council, Kota Padawan not later than 12.00 noon on 13th October 2025 (Monday).
The Council does not bind itself to accept the highest of any tender.
