The Contractor/ Supplier are invited from interested participants with registered and valid Trade Licence from
Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri(LHDN) as follows:

Quotation documents can be obtained from the Bahagian Kesihatan Dan Perkhidmatan Bandar, Padawan Municipal Council, Kota Padawan, 10th mile, Penrissen Road, 93250 Kuching during normal office hours from
10 October 2025 to 20 October 2025 on payment of non-refundable document fee.
The Contractor is required to produce the Original Trade Licence and valid certificate for verification before Quotation documents can be issued. Quotation documents will not be issued after
3.30 pm, 20 October 2023.
Completed Quotation documents shall be submitted in properly marked and sealed envelope and with the description of quotation and addressed to:

Padawan Municipal Council
Kota Padawan
10th Mile Penrissen Road.
93250 KUCHING
It should be deposited in the quotation box placed at the
Bahagian Kesihatan Dan Perkhidmatan Bandar, Padawan Municipal Council
not later than 12 noon on 21 October 2025 (Selasa).
The Council does not bind itself to accept the highest or any quotation.
