Requirements for Issue of Documents:
3.1 Original Licence issued by UPKJ;
3.2 Copy of UPKJ Licence shall be submitted;
3.3 All Quotation documents must be collected by a Company's Director or Senior Officer with Letter of Authorization from the Company and is required to bring along the Company's Chop.
Submission:
Any Quotation delivered after the stipulated time on whatever ground shall not be considered. All Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked the subject of the Quotation and addressed to:

Only Quotation submitted by valid and duly authorised tenderers/owners shall be considered. The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest Quotation or any Quotation received nor shall it be responsible for any cost incurred by the Quoter.
