Requirements:
Documents will only be issued to owner or his authorized representative with written authorization. Owner or representative must bring ORIGINAL Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor (UPKJ) Certificate and ORIGINAL CIDB (PPK) Certificate.
Submission:
Completed documents in envelope marked with Quotation No. and Title to be deposited into the Quotation and Tender Box and submitted to:

Not later than 12:00 noon on the closing date. Any documents submitted after the stipulated time will be rejected. Only participation from valid tenderers/owners will be considered.
