Upon payment of non-refundable tender/quotation document fee, as specified above, whether in the form of cash/company cheque payable to 'PADAWAN MUNICIPAL COUNCIL'.    3The following proof of registration of the Company must be produced for items (3.1) to (3.3), before the Council may issue tender/quotation documents:   3.1          Original Licence issued by UPKJ; 3.2          Copy of UPKJ Licence shall be submitted; 3.3          All tender document must be collected by a Company's Director or Senior Officer with Letter of Authorization from the Company and is required to bring along the Company's Chop.   4. Any tender/quotation delivered after the stipulated time on the ground of whatever cause shall not be considered.   5. KUCHING (Dec 28): The request of residents and traders to upgrade a pedestrian walkway at a recreational park at Olive Garden, Mile 7 here, was achieved following the completion of the RTP (Rural Transformation Programme) project. Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap in his speech expressed his gratitude to the Padawan Municipal Council (MPP), who was appointed as the implementing and supervising agency, for overseeing the project, as well as to local residents for their patience. “I am delighted to announce the completion of yet another RTP project completed in my constituency, meant to benefit the public. “The local residents and the business community of the Kota Sentosa Commercial area have received a meaningful gift for the fast approaching new year, in which the upgrading project of the pedestrian walkway of the recreational park at Olive Garden, costing RM150,000, was completed on schedule by the appointed contractor K.K.A Enterprise,” said Yap in a statement yesterday. It added that the completion of the RTP project reflects Yap’s commitment to improving access to public spaces and facilities.
